Jane Weaver at Festival No.6

An extra special project for Joe Duddell and the No.6 Ensemble at Festival No.6 was to arrange some of Jane Weaver's music from her 'The Silver Globe' as well as some film soundtracks that included some Enio Morricone and the ominous lullaby from Rosemary's Baby. This gig presented two orchestration challenges; the first being that of arranging Jane's own music for the classical ensemble but the second of working hard to emulate the very idiosyncratic and often electronic sounds of this Italian film music for eight instruments.
